About the Event
A sacred circle is a safe space for individuals to come together to use their voices: to be seen and heard.
We will start the first half hour with a short, guided meditation - one that gets you in touch with a "room" in your mind. The goal of the meditation is to help you reconnect to a part of yourself that is ready to be seen and healed.
The last hour will be spent: - sharing our wins (because this is SO important), - mutual support and, - elevating our positive vibration to help each other get in touch with your inner strength.
Dress comfortably, and bring please bring a journal to record your experience.
