Sacred Support Circle and Meditation

𝗔 𝘀𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 - 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗱.

We start at the altar space I set up for class - exploring stones, different decks of cards for intentions and flower/gem essences to support your journey for the night.

Then there will be a short, guided meditation that gets you in touch with a "room" in your mind... The goal of the meditation is to help you reconnect to a part of yourself that is ready to be seen and healed.

The last half of the event is for:

- sharing and celebrating our wins (because this is SO important),

- mutual support and,

- elevating our positive vibration to help each other get in touch with your inner strength.

𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳, 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂. 

$15 to attend for the 1.5 hours.

Dress comfortably, and bring please bring a journal to record your experience.
